Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:

This role supports the execution of planned and reactive maintenance in alignment with asset care standards and site business requirements.

The Maintenance Coordinator will lead the effective use of scheduling systems, ensure accurate CMMS data entry and compliance, and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, safe, and efficient maintenance outcomes.

  • Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, workpacks, and dispatch notifications
  • Support inventory tracking and asset condition reporting in SAP
  • Liaise with internal operations teams and vendor supervisors for seamless workflow planning
  • Manage multiple scheduling priorities across rolling work programs
  • Drive housekeeping, safety compliance and quality assurance across maintenance planning
  • Provide admin support, audit checklists, and risk documentation for upcoming work

The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, maintenance planning or similar coordination roles, exposure to SAP PM or other CMMS systems, strong computer literacy, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders and priorities, and a safety-first mindset.
