About the Role:

This position involves working collaboratively with a seasoned clinical team to provide exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their requirements are met through proactive support strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the wellbeing of our clients, facilitating independence, and providing both physical and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily care and assistance to clients
  • Supporting clients with personal care activities
  • Preparing nourishing meals and snacks
  • Maintaining a safe and clean living environment
  • Fostering independence and self-care

Requirements include:

  • A Certificate III in Home and Community Care, Aged Care, or Disability Services
  • At least 1-year relevant experience (preferable but not essential)
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Demonstrated knowledge of safe work practices

Working Hours: Up to 24 hours per week

Shifts: Flexible, including day, afternoon, and night shifts

Remuneration: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
