Job Overview

A seasoned professional is required to lead the development of Tailings Storage Facilities and associated infrastructure projects.

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee large-scale civil engineering initiatives, manage diverse teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of TSF and bulk earthworks projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Strategically allocate project resources to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Drive a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Report directly to senior management, delivering transparent updates on project performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing civil construction projects, exceeding 10 years.
  • Demonstrated expertise in bulk earthworks, road construction, and tailings dam/TSF projects.
  • Ability to deliver complex projects safely, efficiently, and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
