Independent Living Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support elderly customers in living independently at home. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing domestic assistance and personal care services to clients.
Job Description
This is an opportunity for a passionate and caring professional to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for:
- Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation;
- Assisting with personal care services, such as showering, toileting, and administering medications;
- Offering social support, including assisting with transportation and companionship.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle;
- A minimum of 3 months' industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting;
- Availability to work a minimum of 6 hours per day between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday;
- A commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training program when you start.
