Community Outreach Trainer

This role involves delivering training and education programs to diverse groups, ensuring culturally appropriate support.
Main Responsibilities- Assess work submitted by participants in training and education programs to ensure it meets required standards.
- Coordinate access to training and education programs for diverse groups.
- Develop individualized learning plans and customized learning materials that cater to different learning styles.
- Contribute to the planning and development of culturally sensitive training products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and program performance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for participants in training and education programs as needed.
- Establish effective communication with stakeholders and organizations to enhance service delivery.
- Provide advice on cultural aspects of training programs to ensure they are inclusive and respectful.
