About the Role

As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored employment solutions to our participants. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify skills and secure employment opportunities for those who need it most. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires empathy, compassion, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure job opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Support participants in developing skills to become job-ready
  • Deliver high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance employability through training and support service referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
The Ideal Candidate

We seek driven individuals with a can-do approach who are passionate about empowering others. If you have transferable skills from sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration, we encourage you to apply. Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
