Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator

Your Role Overview

This position will oversee the overall management and administration of human resources projects and initiatives across various national and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and champion HR Information System, ensuring accurate information for internal stakeholders and related systems.
  • Prepare and produce key data reports on people metrics across business units.
  • Maintain and coordinate national training matrix.
  • Assist in continuous improvement by developing and implementing new processes with the HR department.
  • Oversee National Apprentice Program management.
  • Coordinate and manage HR-related projects, including culture development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support ER/IR matters as required, such as probation reviews, grievances, and remuneration reviews.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in information provision.
  • Highly experienced with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to build and foster internal and external relationships.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and autonomously as part of a team.
