Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our Trade Store network in key locations across the ACT.

This role involves driving strategic sales growth, building a customer-first culture, and inspiring high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service excellence.
  • Drive market share and profitable sales growth using data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Champion a safety-first culture by communicating expectations and managing safety outcomes effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with store standards, policies, and inventory requirements at all times.
  • Foster a values-led culture that recognizes great performance, supports employee development, and builds capability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Inspirations Stores.
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to use customer insights and data to drive sales and performance metrics.
  • Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders across functions such as safety, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
