Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the veterinary and nursing team fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care and client satisfaction
  • Mentor and support less-experienced vets and nurses, cultivating a strong learning environment
  • Manage a diverse caseload, from routine check-ups to complex cases, using evidence-based practices
  • Communicate effectively with clients, guiding them through treatment options and care plans
  • Contribute to the clinic\'s ongoing growth and reputation within the local community
Qualifications
  • Veterinary degree accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC), or completion of NAVLE, AVE, or similar examinations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for team development
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, industry-leading care
