Majura, Australia DuluxGroup Full time
Overview

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Network Area Manager to lead our Trade Store network across key locations in the ACT. This exciting opportunity is about more than managing day-to-day operations—it's about inspiring and coaching high-performing teams, using insights to drive strategic sales growth, and building a strong, customer-first culture.

You'll be leading a group of stores with a strong focus on customer service excellence, safety, compliance, and commercial success. With support from cross-functional teams like safety, supply chain, and sales, you'll have the tools and team to help you deliver results. If you thrive in a leadership role that combines strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on involvement, this is your next step.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and coach store managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive market share and profitable sales growth using insights and reporting tools.
  • Champion a safety-first culture by communicating expectations and managing safety outcomes across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with store standards, policies, and inventory requirements.
  • Foster a values-led culture that recognizes great performance, supports development, and builds capability.
  • Act as the point of contact and account management responsibilities for Inspirations Stores.
Benefits
  • Comprehensive health and wellbeing support, including Wellbeing Hub and full EAP support.
  • Coverage for private health insurance extras up to $1000 out-of-pocket costs annually.
  • Community involvement opportunities through Community Action Day and other programs.
  • Market-leading Learning and Development initiatives and genuine career pathways to accelerate growth.
  • 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks paid partner leave available from day one.
  • Employee recognition programs that value your contributions.
  • Generous discounts on DuluxGroup products and through corporate partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of developing and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to use customer insights and data to drive sales and performance.
  • Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders across functions such as safety, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business growth.
