Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administration Assistant. This role will play a crucial part in supporting office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Assisting with daily administration tasks, including reception support and data entry.
- Coordinating and administering records, as well as providing assistance to customers regarding products.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of organizational procedures and protocols.
- Ensuring documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel skills (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in financial software – Xero experience (preferred but not essential).

Working Hours:
9am-3pm Monday – Friday (or flexible working hours)
