Workforce Planning Capability Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Retail Optimization team as a Workforce Planning Capability Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive impactful optimization initiatives and uphold country-specific workforce priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and operationalize consistent systems and processes to support business strategy and customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align and support workforce optimization objectives based on country priorities.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for optimization, leading to tangible improvements.
- Use insight and data to take ownership of strategic planning, encompassing scheduling operations and ensuring scheduling compliance in all regions.
- Ensure the configuration of systems and rules meets operational requirements effectively.
- Work in tandem with the People and Performance team to provide technical and behavioral training, empowering users with ongoing system proficiency.
- Monitor and assess system performance metrics, generating insights for key stakeholders.
- Analyze compliance data, extracting valuable insights and proposing recommendations.
- Coach stakeholders in adopting new behaviors and practices aligned with workforce management frameworks.
- Proven experience in workforce optimization and strategic planning, ideally in retail.
- Deep understanding of business operations and financial dynamics, enabling you to make decisions that align with commercial objectives.
- Proficiency in crafting and executing effective strategies to drive organizational growth and success with proven experience influencing key stakeholders.
- Ability to identify challenges, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
- Capacity to make well-considered decisions by weighing various factors and potential outcomes.
- Open mindset that embraces creativity and encourages the exploration of new ideas and approaches.
- Collaborative nature that allows you to effectively work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
