About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Retail Optimization team as a Workforce Planning Capability Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to drive impactful optimization initiatives and uphold country-specific workforce priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and operationalize consistent systems and processes to support business strategy and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align and support workforce optimization objectives based on country priorities.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for optimization, leading to tangible improvements.
  • Use insight and data to take ownership of strategic planning, encompassing scheduling operations and ensuring scheduling compliance in all regions.
  • Ensure the configuration of systems and rules meets operational requirements effectively.
  • Work in tandem with the People and Performance team to provide technical and behavioral training, empowering users with ongoing system proficiency.
  • Monitor and assess system performance metrics, generating insights for key stakeholders.
  • Analyze compliance data, extracting valuable insights and proposing recommendations.
  • Coach stakeholders in adopting new behaviors and practices aligned with workforce management frameworks.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in workforce optimization and strategic planning, ideally in retail.
  • Deep understanding of business operations and financial dynamics, enabling you to make decisions that align with commercial objectives.
  • Proficiency in crafting and executing effective strategies to drive organizational growth and success with proven experience influencing key stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify challenges, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Capacity to make well-considered decisions by weighing various factors and potential outcomes.
  • Open mindset that embraces creativity and encourages the exploration of new ideas and approaches.
  • Collaborative nature that allows you to effectively work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
