HSSE Advisor Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified HSSE Advisor to join our team on the Project Ceres. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring all operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an HSSE advisory role, preferably in an Oil & Gas environment. Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards is essential. Excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's HSSE management system.
  • Conduct site audits, inspections and risk assessments.
  • Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
  • Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks.
  • Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.
