We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing risks across various business areas, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and monitor and report on risk metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess risks across various business areas, including financial, operational, and strategic risks.">
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and monitor and report on risk metrics.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers and ensure that all risk-related information is properly documented and recorded.">
  • Provide regular risk updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in risk analysis or a related field.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.">
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and methodologies, such as COSO or ISO 31000.">
