Care Leadership Specialist

Transforming care for vulnerable populations is a critical priority in our organisation. As the Service Delivery Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this mission.
This role involves supervising a team of dedicated professionals who deliver high-quality home and community care services. You will be responsible for rostering, scheduling and allocating shifts to ensure seamless delivery of these services.
About This Role- Leadership and Management: Lead, supervise and mentor a team of aged care support workers to deliver quality outcomes for clients.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, care and clinical governance framework, Commonwealth Home Support Program, Home Care Packages and Care Finder programs.
- Workforce Planning: Roster, schedule and allocate shifts in accordance with client preference, workforce availability and resources.
You will work closely with the Operations Director to champion high-quality and safe practice, supporting continuous improvement. The successful applicant will lead, supervise and mentor their team to build a strong and positive culture.
