A unique opportunity exists for a Facility Manager to provide operational oversight and clinical direction in Canberra.
About the Role:
You will be a key member of the leadership team, providing day-to-day operational and clinical guidance, motivation, and continuous development to your team members.
You will establish effective relationships with residents, their families, and local community groups to ensure residents feel connected and included in their daily living and clinical care needs.

Requirements:
- APHRA Registered Nurse Division 1
