What You\u2019ll Do:

  • Assist our orthodontists with patient care and procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and organized.
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain equipment.
  • Support administrative tasks and patient management.
  • Responsible for appropriate appointment scheduling.
  • Tending to patients\u2019 needs in relation to appointments, medical letters, finances and reporting.
  • Completing admin tasks in a timely manner.
  • Effectively fulfilling admin requirements delegated from clinicians/senior team members.
