Project Management Office Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality governance through superior Quality Assurance and Management of Project Reporting and Governance forums.

You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a PMO Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small to large, and contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality governance through superior Quality Assurance and Management of Project Reporting and Governance forums.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Maintain and review all Terms of Reference (ToRs) for Project Governance Forums.
  • Support all project/program reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Project Management Office or similar role.
  • All-rounder experience in PMO including Executive/ Project Steering Group reporting, RAID management, Finance management, Schedule management, Resource management and Change (Scope) management.
  • Extensive experience as an analyst working in high-profile / high-pressure PMOs for multiple large IT/Business Projects and Programs.
  • A detailed understanding of Project Management methodologies and practices, with a strong focus on Project Governance and Reporting.
