Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Expert to join our Commercial team in Dandenong, working primarily across trade and trading matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on Competition Law and ACCC issues.
  • Assist with Consumer Protection matters, including advertising, labelling, warranties, product safety, and recalls.
  • Work on Trading Terms and documents.
  • Support Privacy Initiatives.
  • Contribute to Personal Property Securities projects.
  • Be involved in Consumer Credit matters.
  • Support Anti-Money Laundering Efforts.
  • Assist with Intellectual Property and Trademark matters as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years PQE.
  • Demonstrated experience in Commercial and Trade Law.
  • Exposure to Intellectual Property and Trademarks is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to think quickly and deliver clear, commercial, and tailored advice.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
