About the role:

The Facilities Cleaner plays a critical role in maintaining the impeccable appearance of CDC facilities, supporting the team's efforts to provide exceptional customer experiences and ensure the secure functioning of the facilities.

This position involves:

  • Ensuring the data centre maintains an exceptional level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Regularly inspecting the site and facilities, promptly reporting any identified defects.
  • Performing various office maintenance tasks, such as emptying bins, vacuuming, and restocking supplies.
  • Ensuring restroom hygiene, including mopping, replenishing paper towels and rolls, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
  • Collaborating with the Operations team, liaising with contractors for routine maintenance, reporting incidents, and participating in HSE meetings to contribute to a safe and well-maintained environment.

About you:

  • Proven experience within commercial cleaning, with knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team, managing time efficiently.
  • Demonstrated exemplary attention to detail.

Essential:

  • Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
