- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provide essential nursing services, including continence management, wound care, and palliative support.
- Offer assessment, advisory, educational, and support services to individuals with neurological conditions and their families and/or carers.
- Co-ordinate and delegate internal nursing referrals, assessing workload and commitments of each MSWA Neurological Liaison Nurse.
- Enjoy a mix of office-based work and community travel, where your expertise will be needed across the region.
As a Senior Neurological Liaison Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional outcomes and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to handle a varied caseload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
