About the Role:
  • Care for residents in supported accommodation units, providing clinical support and supervision as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Nursing assessment and care planning to ensure residents receive the best possible care.
  • Supervise Care Support Workers and provide guidance on delivering care services according to individual care plans.
  • Monitor medication administration and maintain accurate reporting procedures.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Hold a current Australian 'C' Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and AHPRA registration required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar nursing role would be an asset.
  • A motivated mindset and positive attitude towards achieving deliverable outcomes are essential.
