Neurological Care Specialist

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals living with neurological conditions such as MS, Parkinson's, Huntington's, Motor Neurone Disease, Acquired Brain Injury, and Stroke.
As a Neurological Care Specialist, you will provide care for clients with neurological conditions. You will manage a diverse caseload of clients, both in their homes and within the broader community, tailoring your support to each unique story and journey.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Provide essential nursing services, including continence management, wound care, and palliative support.
- Deliver assessment, advisory, educational, and support services to people with neurological conditions and their families and/or carers.
- Coordinate and delegate internal nursing referrals, assessing workload and commitments of each Neurological Care Specialist.
Enjoy a mix of office-based work and community travel, where your expertise will be needed across the region. We are seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate strong time management and prioritisation skills to handle a varied caseload, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nurses Board of Western Australia (as an RN).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Full C Class driving licence without restrictions.
- Working with children check.
