About the Opportunity:

  • Pursue a permanent full-time position based in Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  2. Manage budgets and ensure timely delivery of all campaign activities while staying within financial constraints.
  3. Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams, external media and creative agencies, and regional managers to align campaign goals with overall business objectives.
  4. Oversee campaign performance analysis and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  5. Strengthen the Bupa brand as the leading provider of residential aged care in Australia through innovative marketing strategies.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range between $110,000 - $130,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, preferably with a focus on marketing.
  • No less than 6 years of experience in marketing roles within complex services-based businesses, preferably in regulated markets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously and driving results-oriented campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with experience leveraging data from platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
