We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead our office team. This key role will involve directing the work of others, ensuring cooperation from other staff members and achieving specific objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration, finance and human resources management.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Managing and directing the preparation of annual budgets and regular financial statements
- Preparing funding submissions for senior leadership and the governing body
- Directing accounting processes and ensuring effective fund management according to regulatory requirements
- Providing advice on spending against budget
- Administering government grants and other income
- Leading fundraising activities
