Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and results-orientated Store Manager to lead our team in Melbourne.

The successful applicant will drive sales growth by motivating and guiding the team to enhance customer service experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth, meet Key Performance Indicators and achieve business objectives
  • Inspire and motivate team members and lead by example
  • Recruit and train new staff members
  • Work closely with HR for workplace management requirements
  • Ensure OHS/HSSE compliance
  • Facilitate efficient operations of stock control, cost management, and financial reporting
  • Resolve day-to-day inefficiencies and customer service issues
  • Maintain food safety standards in line with our plan
Requirements
  • Availability to work weekends and willingness to undertake regular operational work
  • Proven record of leading a team, delivering results and achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards
  • At least 5 years of management experience from Pub, Club, Retail or Multi-Format Stores
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a customer service focus
  • Outstanding computer skills and strong written and verbal communications
  • Experience in managing a large kitchen/restaurant business
  • Police checks and medical checks as part of the selection process
