We are seeking a highly experienced, team-oriented and well-networked senior account manager to join our growing NSW team.
- Identify and maintain lists of new prospective clients in NSW using professional networking and other sources.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of ICT services, market trends and client needs to deliver outstanding solutions.
- Better serve client interests by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring regular check-ins, delivering high-quality experiences and identifying opportunities for growth.
Meet with clients regularly to understand their ICT requirements, assess their needs and present suitable ICT solutions aligned with their business objectives.
Collaborate with the consulting team to monitor and ensure delivery of high-quality ICT solutions and services that meet client expectations.
Contribute to RFPs, RFTs and RFQs, negotiate rates and complete SOWs as needed.
Utilize CRM software to prepare sales reports, maintain accurate client records and track key performance indicators.
Regularly report on new client prospects, sales made and client updates to the NSW general manager.
