About the Role

The Transformation Lead will play a key role in delivering our core betting platform transformation. As a strategic partner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and embed commercial strategy into our product roadmap, ensuring alignment and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Lead workshops, prioritise demands, and guide backlog grooming and release planning.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the Global Betting Platform, maintaining strong alignment with stakeholders.
  • Track OKRs, support change management, and adapt plans based on feedback and evolving business needs.
About You
  • A proactive self-starter with a customer-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • A strong facilitator, communicator, and confident presenter at executive levels.
  • A structured thinker with demonstrated experience in commercial strategy, product development, risk management, or transformation roles.
  • Familiarity with technology ecosystems and complex business systems.
  • Experience in regulated industries, preferably with platform transformations.
  • Skilled at influencing across teams and balancing business goals.
