About the Role

This Frontline HR opportunity involves frontline HR on behalf of a leading national client in door and window assembly. As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for general assembly work, using hand and battery-operated tools, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a motivated individual that can work independently but also a part of a collaborative team
  • Adhere to all appropriate safety and building compliance work practices
  • Be able to work with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing/production role
  • Previous use of hand and battery-operated tools
  • Reliable and willing to learn
  • Often moving heavy items with assistance
  • Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
