We're looking for a skilled Product Designer who can develop user-centric digital products that meet the evolving needs of pet owners.

About the Role

This key member of our design team will work closely with cross-functional squads (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Ops) to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for key customer journeys across web and mobile from research through to delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand customer needs and business requirements.
  • Plan and run user research to validate ideas and uncover new opportunities.
  • Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and communicate design concepts.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Share design thinking clearly, engaging stakeholders in the process and decisions.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and promote UX best practices.
