Aquisition Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a commercially driven property professional to lead our acquisition efforts in Sydney's real estate market.

About the Role:
  • Feasibility modelling, valuation analysis and legal negotiations to identify and secure new development opportunities
  • Building detailed development feasibilities and business cases to inform investment decisions
  • Leveraging local networks and partnerships to access on- and off-market opportunities
  • Negotiating favourable outcomes that meet financial, strategic and sustainability objectives

Requirements:

  • Commercially minded property professional with 7+ years' experience in Sydney's real estate market
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, finance or a related field
  • Advanced skills in feasibility modelling, valuation and financial analysis (Excel)
  • Strong understanding of development documentation, town planning and subdivision processes
  • Demonstrated success in managing due diligence, consultants and legal negotiations through the transaction lifecycle

About You:
