An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Operations Manager to join our organisation's leadership team in Toowoomba. This role presents a unique chance to lead and develop the Corporate Services division, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

The successful applicant will drive performance across various key functions including:

- Financial management
- Strategic planning, financial analysis, operational support and research
- Governance administration
- Staff and performance management
- Contract tendering and management
- Procurement
- Fleet management
- Information technology and telecommunications
- Audit and risk management planning

Applicants for this role should possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:

- A relevant degree with extensive experience in Accountancy, Contracts and HR Management
- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar financial management/operations management role
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- High level interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge in accounting disciplines including budgeting and financial reporting
- A sound knowledge of contemporary financial resource management principles, practice and legislation

In addition to the above requirements, the successful candidate must hold or be eligible to obtain a Yellow Card from Disability Services Australia.
