Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and accomplished leader to join our team at the hotel.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of operations, fostering strong relationships with team members and customers, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

  • Assisting the General Manager in overseeing front-of-house, food and beverage, and housekeeping operations
  • Staff training and development
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment
  • Effectively managing and leading a hospitality team
  • Monitoring inventory and supplies, and maintaining financial records
  • Implementing policies and procedures, and addressing operational issues
  • Contribution to business growth and profitability through strategic planning

About You

A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role within the hospitality industry is required.

Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of relevant hospitality industry regulations.
