Senior Aboriginal Program Lead

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team in delivering case management services that combine cultural integrity with measurable results.

About the Role:

  • Lead a Permanency Support Program, setting clear goals and ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Oversee program performance, build strategic partnerships across government and community organisations
  • Advocate for Aboriginal children and families, contributing to policy and sector improvements
  • Support and mentor your team to grow their skills and deliver exceptional outcomes

About You:

  • Aboriginality (as per s14d NSW Anti-Discrimination Act 1977)
  • Degree in Social Work or related discipline (management qualifications highly regarded)
  • Experience in staff leadership, service delivery, and budget management
  • Strong understanding of child protection, and Aboriginal community needs
  • High-level communication skills and the ability to build influence at all levels
