Job Title: Professional Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated culinary professional to join our team as a Professional Culinary Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals for clients with diverse dietary requirements, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and presentation of dishes, showcasing creativity and flair in the preparation and presentation of menus.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for clients, colleagues, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Safe Food Handling Certificate and knowledge of food safety programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work a range of shifts across 7 days a week, including public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
