Lead Hand Therapist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy outpatient hand therapy service, primarily seeing patients for post-surgery/post-acute therapy.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced clinical knowledge and skills in Occupational Therapy to patients with complex hand conditions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Supervise junior clinicians and provide regular clinical supervision.
- Bachelor, postgraduate degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA, with experience at Level 2 or higher.
- Advanced clinical knowledge, skill and significant clinical experience in the provision of Occupational Therapy.
- Ability to independently problem solve, apply professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current NSW driver's licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
