We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Wollongong and Nowra regions. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality services to participants living in these areas.
- This position involves managing an allocated caseload and providing timely therapeutic services that cater to the diverse needs of individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
- To interpret findings and formulate treatment goals unique to each participant, ensuring their quality of life is enhanced and their goals met.
- To provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, mentoring early career clinicians, and maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.
