Centre Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our Early Childhood Centre as a Director. This is a unique opportunity to shape the centre's culture and lead the launch of our new centre, opening in January 2026.

This role requires a strong foundation in early childhood education, leadership skills, and a commitment to creating inclusive, values-based learning environments. You will bring at least 2 years of leadership experience in an early learning setting, along with assessment and rating expertise, planning and documentation skills, and regulatory knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the launch of the centre and shape its culture
  • Develop and implement educational programs that promote child development and well-being
  • Build and manage a dedicated centre team
  • Work closely with our Leadership and Inclusion Support Teams
Requirements:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
  • Assessment and rating expertise
  • Planning and documentation skills
  • Regulatory knowledge
