Senior Experience Designer Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Experience Designer to develop impactful experience strategies and visions that drive valuable outcomes for clients and their customers.

This senior role will involve leading the delivery of world-class work and bringing exceptional experiences to life by working closely with cross-functional teams to design outstanding digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience conducting research and translating findings into compelling design rationale. They should have an excellent understanding of how to apply design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, layout, foundations, motion, and accessibility.

The selected individual will lead the process of developing big ideas and designing complex interactions, demonstrating 6+ years of experience in this field. They will also be expected to interpret and challenge briefs, producing work on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading collaborative design workshops with clients to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Designing in modern tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, and Adobe XD, with expert-level knowledge.
  • Developing and communicating design concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating across creative, technology, and strategy teams to achieve shared goals.
