About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our Digital Services/ICT Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic projects and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct stakeholder impact analysis and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to capture detailed requirements and business rules.
  • Determine necessary activities to address business problems, including scope, effort required, and time estimates.
  • Investigate issues, analyse options, and recommend solutions to enhance compliance, effectiveness, and risk management.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirement specifications, business cases, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities, such as workshops and interviews, to document and diagram business requirements and use cases.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives through extensive engagement.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a business or technology-related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience as a technical business analyst with a deep understanding of ICT trends and the ability to effectively work with both software and infrastructure vendors.
  • Strong combination of technical expertise and industry experience.
  • Ability to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
  • Proven ability to elicit, document, and translate complex business requirements.
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team to meet organizational goals.
