Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team at Woolworths Market Plus. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving the discovery and capture of all requirements and acceptance criteria for key projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Analysis: Drive the discovery and capture of all requirements and acceptance criteria for key projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage directly with key business users and stakeholders to gather and understand their needs and create user stories and requirements that meet those needs.
  • Sprint Preparation: Assist with managing and refining the product backlog consistent with the broader priorities and objectives in the business.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years relevant experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • A strong technical background with the ability to read code (ideally.net), understand it and be able to convert into stories.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High degree of comfort with ambiguity. Innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo and devise creative solutions to solve problems and overcome hurdles.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, whilst being able to manage their time effectively across multiple projects if needed.
