Key Responsibilities- Elicit and analyze requirements from stakeholders to deliver quality solutions to the business
- Maintain the highest level of requirements quality and use data and processes during analysis to clarify and validate requirements
- Define acceptance criteria and monitor user experience, assessing the change impact and developing transitional documentation
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to determine the most appropriate technical solution and provide analysis on trade-offs between usability, functionality, and performance needs
- Run ceremonies like backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile Business Analyst role (or similar)
- Good technical knowledge to understand the right tools and techniques for BA activities, including JIRA and Confluence
- Good understanding of Agile Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to understand technological concepts and weave them with business requirements to generate user stories in techno-functional detail
