The role of the Financial Operations Specialist is to provide high-quality financial and administrative services to the Business Manager. This involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, budget monitoring, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

- Assist and monitor departmental budgets and purchases to ensure consistent and smooth operations for resources and learning areas.">
- Maintain office equipment and supplies as required.">
- Process and distribute student fee accounts in a timely and efficient manner, including follow-up of outstanding accounts and report production.">
- Assist the Transport Manager to ensure efficient and effective bus coordination and communication with families.">
- Confidentially manage student, staff, and family data in various databases and software programs as required, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality at all times.">
The ideal candidate will have:

- Demonstrated professional skills in the provision of financial services, including payroll, invoicing, purchasing, and reconciliation.">
