As a senior leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and fostering growth within our teams.

Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional execution capability and extensive experience in providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters. They must also have deep knowledge of remuneration and salary benchmarking, as well as excellent collaborative skills to build strong relationships with senior leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of business partners and advisors to partner with senior leaders to build effective teams and nurture the next generation of leaders.

Key responsibilities will include translating business goals into actionable strategies, serving as an expert advisor for leaders, overseeing compensation and benefits frameworks, and championing a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
