About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hardware and Software Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
  • Asset Management: Manage and maintain our IT asset inventory, including laptops, desktops, and other equipment.
  • Service Desk Support: Provide timely and effective support to our employees through our service desk.
  • Technical Assistance: Offer technical guidance and support to our employees, both in-person and remotely.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of our IT assets and ensure that all equipment is properly inventoried and tracked.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in IT support operations, with a strong understanding of Windows 10, Office 365, and other relevant technologies.
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL V3 Foundation certification or equivalent experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Contact Center Experience: Experience working in a contact center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Multiplatform Experience: Experience working with multiple platforms, including Windows, Cisco, and other relevant technologies.
  • Asset Management Experience: Experience with asset management, including inventory management and tracking.
