**About the role**
Our Engineering and Program Services team are looking for a **Manager, Survey** with particular skills in a cadastral survey environment within Victoria to join their diverse team. We are looking for someone who is keen to progress our core LXRP cadastral work for the full lifecycle of our projects, whilst working with all key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of our projects from start to finish.
As the **Manager, Survey** you will be the point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, where you can treat them as customers but also understand how they work. The position oversees and progresses critical survey work, as well as also requiring skills and capabilities to be able to influence.
On a day-to-day basis, you will find yourself:

- Providing advice on land tenure and cadastral plan requirements
- Working strategically on continuous improvement projects to streamline the delivery of survey requirements
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate plan completion
This is a three (3) year fixed term position, paying a salary between $134,593 and $180,115 plus superannuation with hybrid working arrangements (a mix of office and home/remote based working - generally a 50/50 split). Our office is located in Melbourne CBD and you will also have the option to access flexible working arrangements if you need them - many LXRP employees work flexibly.
Your manager, Tim Hosking, is driven by constantly making things simpler for our people, and better for our customer. He believes in every team member driving continuous improvement at every level. In this role it is critical to get the skills, mindset and teamwork in place to allow great leaders to emerge and grow across team - empowerment is key.
