We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Development Specialist to join our Masterplanned Communities Development team based in the Sunshine Coast region.

This role involves supporting project delivery, ensuring schedule, revenue and cost objectives are met. You will assist with monitoring development budgets, procurement and payment of consultants, contractors and suppliers.

About the Role:

  • Support project delivery by controlling and monitoring development budgets, ensuring timely payments and effective management of consultants, contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity to maintain competitiveness and support title delivery programs to ensure forecast settlements are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to meet project objectives, including finance, marketing, sales, conveyancing, project management, legal and customer relations.
  • Identify risks and ensure all identified risks/compliance issues are actioned and closed out within the required timeframe.

About You:

  • You will have a strong understanding of property development and a passion for developing a long-term career in the industry.
  • A completed tertiary qualification in property or related fields such as architecture, commerce, valuations, or law is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial.

Salary Information:

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
