Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - highly desirable.
  • Experience in employment services and supporting individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-centred employment and skills plans.
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends.
  • Current Driver's License – essential for travel between work locations.
