We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team in empowering clients to take steps towards meaningful employment.
This role is all about promoting human potential through creative problem solving and collaboration, ensuring that every client achieves their employment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
- Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Confident working towards key performance indicators and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
- A current Driver's License.
