The role involves providing one-on-one assistance and engaging in group activities, promoting independence and social skills. Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts make this a flexible opportunity that suits various lifestyles.Essential Criteria:
  • An interest in working with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • A high level of self-motivation and ethics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including self-awareness
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to advocate on behalf of participants when necessary
  • Assistance with Personal Care and Medication when required
  • Fully maintained employment history, including education level and completion year

Experience in the field and knowledge of the NDIS are desirable but not essential.
